RaceTrac Company OverviewJob Description:The Regional Recruiting Leader leads full-service recruitment for two-three regions and is responsible for maintaining RaceTrac's recruitment framework, processes, and infrastructure. In collaboration with field HR and Operation Leaders in the aligned regions, this role drives the hiring strategies, processes, and tools for all regional recruitment and hiring initiatives to include candidate experience, new hire onboarding and retention, internal mobility, and attraction marketing and branding tactics.

In partnership with the Director of Recruitment, this role will utilize creative recruiting and search strategies to attract and retain top talent.Responsibilities:Manage regional recruiting teams responsible for identifying top talent and designing attraction & retention strategies for our RaceTrac Stores.Acts as a strategic advisor and partner to the Director of Operations, Stores, and Regional HR teams, ensuring hiring initiatives support hiring demands and optimal staffing models.

Act as change agent and champion for new and progressive RaceTrac hiring strategies and initiatives.Evaluate candidate recruitment channels and implement strategic changes that lead to meaningful improvements in key metrics including time-to-fill, interview-to-hire ratio, and retention.Manage, coach, and develop the regional recruiting teams.

Continuous assessment and improvement of Field TA processes aimed to improve the candidate, team, and General Manager experience.Establish relationships and consult with key stakeholders and hiring managers on recruitment and candidate processes to assure a best-in-class recruitment experience.Prepare monthly updates & analyses of regional recruiting metrics/costs to Recruitment leadership and make recommendations for any process/policy improvements.

Stays informed on the latest talent acquisition trends in aligned Region(s) and develops proactive strategies to manage change and remain competitive.Evaluate recruiting and outreach efforts to assess the effectiveness and continually improve the process and quality of talent entering the organization.Analyze recruiting data and results, compare strategy and targets, determine, and implement results into action plans.

Champion diversity and culture in all aspects of the hiring process.Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of recruiting and hiring, reducing risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year College or University preferred.

5 -8 years of relevant leadership experience in talent acquisition, including TA planning and execution.Retail or hospitality experience preferred.Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting, high-volume recruiting, and industry practices preferred.

Understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting standards.Proven leadership experience with developed coaching and mentoring skills.Familiarity with Human Resource laws and functions.

Problem solving and systemic thinking skills: critical analytics, diagnosis, and prioritization.Ability to build rapport and credibility at all levels of the organization across all functions; build trusting relationships internally and externally.Ability to communicate effectively, concisely, and persuasively with leaders.
